Role:

If you watch ads that pop up when on social media because you're eager to learn what others are doing in the space, consider our Paid Ad Video Editor role.

You are a video editor specializing in editing paid advertisements.  You have a strong understanding of direct response marketing and the ability to craft compelling ad creatives that drive engagement and conversions. The main functions of this role are video editing and image editing.

The top priorities are:

  1. Editing video ads

  2. Editing static image ads

  3. Working with the media team to create new ads

As a Paid Ad Video Editor, you will be part of a team that is pioneering the next wave of digital marketing. We seek someone resourceful, adaptable, and eager to push the boundaries of what’s possible. 

This position will start as a contract-to-hire opportunity with the potential to transition to a permanent role based on performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Edit and produce high-quality video ad creatives weekly

  • Edit and produce high-quality static image ad creatives weekly

  • Utilize creative visual effects to enhance the appeal and effectiveness of ad creatives, keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques

  • Work closely with the media and marketing teams to understand campaign goals, target audiences, and provide feedback for ad improvements

  • Conduct thorough reviews and revisions of ad creatives to ensure they are polished, error-free, and meet the highest quality standards

  • Analyze the performance of ad creatives using data-driven metrics and recommend improvements based on these insights to optimize ad effectiveness

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop new and innovative ad concepts that resonate with the target audience and drive engagement

  • Maintain detailed records of editing processes, creative decisions, and performance outcomes to facilitate ongoing learning and process improvements

  • Assisting Team CMF paid ad film sessions (when they don’t conflict with top priorities)

Results:

  • Ability to create up to 20 ad edits/variations per week

  • Ability to produce up to 20 image ad variations per week

  • Consistently deliver high-quality, polished ad creatives that meet brand standards

  • Meet all project deadlines, ensuring ad creatives are delivered on time for campaign launches and ongoing optimization

  • Introduce new creative concepts and ideas that resonate with target audiences, contributing to the overall success of advertising campaigns

  • Effectively collaborate with marketing, creative, and strategy teams to ensure cohesive and effective ad campaigns

Requirments:

  • Skilled at progressing and managing multiple projects simultaneously (due to high volume of ad creative variations across campaigns)

  • Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools

  • Strong skills in image editing software like Adobe Photoshop

  • Demonstrated experience in creating and editing ad creatives for digital advertising campaigns

  • Knowledge of direct response advertising principles and how to apply them to ad creatives

  • Ability to incorporate creative visual effects into video and image content to enhance ad effectiveness

  • Exceptional attention to detail to ensure high-quality, error-free ad creatives

  • Experience in analyzing ad performance metrics and using data to inform creative decisions and optimizations

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Speed and clarity in communication (primarily in Slack)

  • Willing to work in a fast-paced environment with an openness to change

Location:

  • india, delhi (or open to relocating)

  • A relocation stipend is offered.

Salary:

  • RS 140,000 to RS 150,000/M + bonus
